City MP Stewart Jackson with the Rt Worshipful Mayor, Councillor John Peach and Mayoress, Ms Janet Martin, of Peterborough launched the latest phase of new homes for housing and regeneration specialist Keepmoat at Roman Fields, Paston Reserve, Peterborough on Saturday 17th January 2016.

The Masterplan for Paston Reserve, which is situated on the north east side of Peterborough, will deliver up to 1,050 new homes overall along with supporting facilities, a new school, and open space. Keepmoat is already working in partnership with the Church Commissioners to deliver the first phase of 87 new homes at Roman Fields. A further 27 new properties were launched, a mix of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom properties for private sale, as well as affordable rent and shared ownership, through Keepmoat’s housing association partner, Cross Keys Homes.

The Mayor, Mayoress and Stewart Jackson MP cut a ribbon to mark the official launch, and also enjoyed a look around the new show home.
